Chris De Marco - Goin' to the NBA Finals

The 2004 Xavier grad is the Advance Scout/Video Scout Coordinator  for the Golden State Warriors

From the Torchy Clark Gym at Xavier High School, to a collegiate career, Chris De Marco is going to the NBA Finals with the Golden State Warriors.

The 2004 graduate of Xavier High School in Appleton, WI has been working the past 4 years in the Video Department with the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association.

He started as an intern with the NBA team a few years after graduating from college, and has quickly climbed the ladder.  He was hired by the Warriors as the team's Video Coordinator in August 2012, and was promoted to  Advance Scout - Video Scout Cordinator in 2014.  Now, in 2015, Golden State is in the NBA Finals for the first time in 40 years.

His love of the game of basketball, his work ethic (not unusual for his job to require 17 or 18 hours per day) and life-long dream of being in the NBA have led him to this prestigious position of going to the NBA Finals.

During the season, for most of his workday he is at his computer, focused on vido clips of the opposition, giving the players and coaching staff information essential for preparation for upcoming games.

DeMarco is one of the top scorers in Xavier Basketball history...
