Kasey Smith resigns Xavier soccer coaching positions


Kasey Smith has resigned as the boys varsity soccer coach and the girls varsity soccer coach at Xavier.  He has accepted a full-time teaching and coaching position at Howards Grove High School, effective immediately.


Smith had been the boys soccer coach the past 9 seasons and the girls soccer coach the past season at XHS.  He informed the Xavier teams in a meeting on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015.


Howards Grove High School, with 272 students in grades 9-12, is just northwest of Sheboygan.  Smith will teach Business Education and be their head boys soccer coach and head girls soccer coach.
