Notes:

Many individuals are needed to volunteer for the track & field season at Xavier High School.  Their valuable assistance enables Xavier to provide quality events for all student-athletes.  Also, meets at Xavier provide the opportunity to raise funds for the Xavier Booster Club via the concession stand; only *adults* may volunteer in the concession stand.

Volunteers are often needed in a wide variety of areas in days prior to and during the meets, as well as post-event work, to put away items, clean-up, etc.  Previous experience is not always needed, we often can easily instruct you regarding your task on the day of your assignment.

More opportunities may be added here.  Please check back, or, check with Kathy Bates, the Xavier Athletic Director.                                                                                     updated April 9, 2018
